Per deviceImportant implementation note
Admin accounts are managed under Admin users. The bootstrap email and password are only used to create the first account when the server has no admin-user database. Device uploads are authenticated and bound to the first Windows machine that enrolls. Configure Google OAuth credentials on the server, then connect Drive here.
